Cold weather run

Went for a quick 5k jog yesterday. It was 33F and sunny with little to no wind.

Had a great time. Listened to an audio book "Born to Run". It is getting me more into running as a lifestyle and not just a means to lose wight.

I look forward to many more runs outside this year. Looks like this next week will be in the mid 40s.

I wore an Under Armour thermal long sleeve base shirt, 100% polyester Nike hoodie, an Under Armour balaclava, running pants an Brooks Pure Connect shoes.
